The Royal House of Monarchs for Africa is a typical African round structure

1.  It is a PALACE comprising many offices (embassies) resembling independent sovereign monarchs  

2.  Every monarch has his/her own embassy with all the offices located in a circle
3.  According to the Rhoma Charter, kingdoms are sovereign and independent
4.  The Rhoma Conference Centre, Trade & Exhibition Center is located in the center of the circle   
5.  The only function of Rhoma is to serve the people of Africa through monarchies
